Jill Lichti

Jill Lichti has been teaching for 29 years, all at the middle school level. She has taught English at JM for 18 years and before that taught for 11 years at Sullivan Middle School in Fairfield, CA..  This year she is also teaching Foods 6 anf 7,/8.  Currently she is a teacher leader in English and a BTSA mentor for the district.  In addition to being a teacher here at JM, she is also a parent.  Both of her boys have attended JM, which gives her a unique perspective as she is both a teacher and a parent.  She attended UC Berkeley and received her degree in English, received her teaching credential from Cal State Hayward. and her Masters degree in Humanities from San Francisco State University.  In her free time she likes to read, garden and spend time with her boys.
