High School Intradistrict Attendance Enrollment process

Information regarding 8th Grade Parent/Student Information Nights and the Intradistrict Attendance Enrollment process is available on the Acalanes Union High School District web site.  Beginning November 1, 2014, current residents who wish to request a transfer from his/her resident high school to another school within the District for the 2015-2016 school year may complete and submit the application form.

The Moraga School District is looking for Qualified Substitute Teachers. The California Commission on Teacher Credentialing requires the following to obtain a 30 day Substitute Permit: an undergraduate degree, successful passing of the CBEST, AND a competed application through the CTC (Commission on Teacher Credentialing) which will include submitting your official transcripts, paying the required fee and completing a fingerprint clearance through LIVESCAN.  Here is the link to the CTC: California Commission on Teacher Credentialing and here are the details to obtain a Sub Permit: www.ctc.ca.gov/credentials/leaflets/cl505p.pdf. Click this link regarding CBEST testing: CTC Exams.  Please contact Lisa Crouch at 377-5609 if you you have any questions regarding the 30 Day Substitute Permit.

Pick Up and Drop Off


School traffic guidelines for picking up and dropping off students.

  • Always pull as far forward as possible for pick and drop off
  • Passing is not permitted in the pick-up/drop off lane
  • do not park in red zones
  • do not enter the bus circle during arrival and dismissal times
  • do not enter areas where signs are posted "Do Not Enter"
  • arrive a few minutes later (after 2:24) when there will be less traffic
  • consider a drop off/pick up location other than the front of school
  • have your child ready to quickly leave your vehicle
  • always look ahead, behind and check side mirrors before moving
  • do not block crosswalks
