General Information - Lamorinda Students
The LSBP provides daily school bus service to over 1600 students in the Lafayette, Moraga, Orinda and Acalanes Union School Districts. The program is run by a Joint Powers Authority (JPA), comprised of elected officials from the three cities and four school districts in Lamorinda. The purpose of the program is to reduce traffic congestion and to provide safe, convenient and reliable home-to-school transportation.
Special Note: All drivers must pass a full Department of Justice
background check and alcohol and drug test before driving.
