Please email Hillary at- hillarylmya@gmail.com the completed packet. Registration forms must be emailed to Hillary by the first session or player will not be allowed to participate. Paying the fee is not registering. Please complete and email the paperwork below.
There are 2 types of registration packets-
- Returning players(those who have done a JM sport this year such as Cross Country or Girls Volleyball) or
- New Players(have not done a sport this school year).
Registration Forms
- New Player(have not participated in sports this school year)
- Returning Player Packet(only for those who participated in girls VB or Cross Country this year)
- Driving form Required if transporting students
- Participation Donation $225
Please do not turn in soccer registration forms to the Office. Soccer forms get emailed to Hillary

Coed soccer is for 6th/7th/8th Grade students
Tryouts for all players will be the week of 10/20 on the field
Monday October 21 330pm-430pm
Tuesday October 22 3pm-4pm
Wednesday October 23 330pm-430pm
Season Practice & Game schedule will be available soon.
Practices
The main days for practices/games will be T/Th. All games(home and away) start at 4pm. Practices will be 3pm-4pm or 4pm-5pm Monday,Tuesdays and Thursdays on the JM field. Occasional M/W/F may be needed to makeup rainouts.
All grades accepted. Players must be registered to practice-Paperwork must be emailed(paying the donation fee is not registering)
